Hi, I’m Carolina Ramuski. I’m a Holistic Sleep Coach, Nutritional Therapist, and former nanny with 15 years of experience supporting babies and the parents who love them.
I created LullabyLab to offer something I felt was missing in the sleep space:
A way to support rest without sacrificing connection.
And not just for babies, but for every member of the family.
Here, we don’t “train” babies to sleep.
We support them in learning to sleep with rhythm, safety, and co-regulation.
At LullabyLab, we use a gentle process called sleep learning because just like crawling or walking, sleep is a developmental skill.
With the right cues and consistency, your baby can sleep better,without disconnect.
But this is about more than sleep for one person.
I’ve spent the last 5 years also coaching adults through sleep struggles.
Because when one person’s rhythm is off, the whole family feels it.
That’s why I offer support for babies, toddlers, children, and grownups with multiple paths to choose from, so no one is left behind.

Over two weeks, we walk together through every step of your baby or child’s sleep journey—with a plan that grows with you.
